If I were to sum up this 3-day long Design Thinking Episode, facilitated by Human Inc, it was "interactive", "relatable", and "applicable" as we were able to learn and practice design thinking based on the applicable learning outcomes. The introduction of the various Design Thinking toolkits were also really helpful in allowing us to relate and assist us when we faced idea blocks. Moreover, being able to visualise and prototype on our solutions was really satisfying, especially when this then translates to the formation of our Business Model Canvas.
Problem-solving is not just an integral part of our work at The Bank, but even in our personal lives. What better way to apply yourself than to use these valuable skills to power your "Maybank Idea"?
